GARM 2026

GARM is the career fair for students in Geosektionen at Luleå tekniska universitet. The fair is aimed at students in civil and urban engineering (samhällsbyggnad) and natural resources engineering, and the goal is to create new contacts between students and industry. At the fair you meet companies that are relevant to your education and can make contacts that may lead to a degree project, an internship or a summer job. Whatever year you are in or whatever experience you have, GARM gives you an opportunity to explore the industry and get an insight into what your future career might involve. Geosektionen includes, among others, the master of science in engineering programmes in architecture, natural resources engineering, sustainable process and chemical engineering, civil engineering (samhällsbyggnadsteknik) and road and water engineering (väg- och vattenbyggnad), as well as the fire protection engineering programme and university diplomas in civil and urban engineering and in building and construction. The project group wants to offer a broad range of companies, and as a student you can fill in a form with the companies you would like to see at the fair. Via GARM's website you can also sign up for contact talks. Anyone who wants to get involved can become a fair host, for example in the cloakroom, on the floor or as a lounge host, and then gets free entry to the company evening.
