Jobbfestivalen Gothenburg 2027

Jobbfestivalen with the theme Mångfald & Inkludering is coming to Gustaf Adolfs Torg in Gothenburg and is organised by the company Vile AB. The festival is a job-matching initiative that aims to create concrete relationships between companies and people who, for various reasons, have poorer conditions for establishing themselves on the labour market. It is aimed mainly at people with disabilities, people born abroad and newly arrived immigrants, people who have long been outside the labour market, young people who have been unemployed for more than three months, and those who cannot get a job because of age discrimination, but also at everyone looking for a job or wanting to change jobs. Around 60,000 people have visited the eight festivals so far, and well over 3,000 now have a job or a place in education. At the festival in Gothenburg in 2026, entry was free all day and registration was optional. The programme offered panel debates with inspirational speakers, recruiters, politicians and job seekers, including on young people's path into working life and on ageism. Exhibitors in Gothenburg in 2026 included Arbetsförmedlingen, Keolis, Nobina, Transdev, Dannebacken, Movant, Handelsakademin and Västsvenska Handelskammaren.
