Jobbfestivalen Malmö 2027

Jobbfestivalen with the theme Mångfald & Inkludering is a job fair at Stortorget in Malmö, organised by the company Vile AB. The festival aims to create concrete relationships between companies and people who, for various reasons, have poorer conditions for establishing themselves on the labour market. It is aimed mainly at people with disabilities, people born abroad and newly arrived immigrants, people who have long been outside the labour market, young people who have been unemployed for more than three months, and those who cannot get a job because of age discrimination or other discrimination, but also at everyone looking for a job or wanting to change jobs. Around 60,000 people have visited the eight festivals so far, and well over 3,000 now have a job or a place in education. It costs nothing to visit the festival, and you can come and go as you like. In the exhibition tents you meet recruiters and employers, and during the day there are lectures, seminars and panel debates on topics including diversity in the workplace and recruitment without a CV. Exhibitors in Malmö in 2026 included Keolis, Nobina, PostNord, New Yorker, Malmö stad, Trelleborgs kommun and Skånetrafiken. You can register as a job seeker on the website.
