Medrekmässan is a recruitment fair for those looking for work in the health care sector who want to make contacts with new employers. The organiser describes it as Sweden's leading recruitment fair in health and social care, and more than 22,000 candidates have visited the fair since 2010. The fair is organised by Medrek.se, a job platform for health care and health that started in 2001. According to the organiser, nothing beats meeting in person when it comes to recruitment, and at the fair you can get answers to questions that matter when choosing a new employer. The exhibiting employers in Göteborg are looking for, among others, nurses, specialist nurses, physicians, specialist physicians, assistant nurses, specialist assistant nurses, biomedical scientists, pharmacists, care assistants, LSS staff, social workers, psychologists and dentists, as well as students in health care professions. You can meet exhibitors from all over Sweden and also employers from abroad. The fair is completely free for workers, and you are welcome to drop in throughout the day.
