MOMENT 2027

MOMENT is a series of career events organised by Kungliga Maskinsektionen at KTH. The main event is the MOMENT fair in the student union building Nymble, which brings together companies and hundreds of students for a day of networking. It suits you if you are looking for an internship, a degree project or a full-time job. The fair brings together students from Maskinteknik and Design och produktframtagning, but all programmes and years are welcome. The fair is free and requires no pre-registration. It runs from 10.00 to 16.00, and you can walk around the booths and talk to recruiters and engineers. Last year's exhibitors included ABB, AFRY, Atlas Copco, DeLaval, Scania and Westinghouse. MOMENT also arranges 45-minute lunch lectures with free lunch, and registration closes two days before. For the contact talks, 20-minute one-on-one conversations, you submit a CV and cover letter, and the companies choose whom they want to meet. In January and February there are case evenings where you solve a real case in a team. A banquet is held on the evening of the fair. MOMENT advises you to read up on your five most interesting companies, update your LinkedIn profile and have a digital portfolio ready to share, since few companies accept physical CVs.
